Choosing who are to act as your executors is often one of the most difficult choices that you have to make in drawing up or amending your Will. If you have no-one who you feel able to appoint in this important legal role, you can now appoint Tina Richardson of Clear Accountancy and Tax who understands the situation and is accredited and regulated to deal with all aspects of the probate and estate administration process.
Even when you do have close friends or family members who are willing and able to act as your executors, they often have no experience of acting in that capacity. We can act as one of your executors. Others have found that it is a great help to have someone involved who is both a professional and independent from the family, especially if there are Trusts created by the Will.
The only time that we would not be able to act would be in cases where the Will is contested.
The level of service and support that you require from Clear Accountancy and Tax can be agreed at the outset.
This is flexible and we can do as much or as little as required.

Our fees do not include any third party costs such as professional valuations for probate purposes or legal fees associated with the transfer of property.

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a way of giving someone you trust the legal authority to make decisions on your behalf.
Clear Accountancy and Tax can guide you through the process as part of our Wills and Estate Panning service.
It is often something we do not wish to think about.
If you become ill it is important that you organise your financial and legal affairs while you are still able to do so.
This ensures that in the future, your affairs are set up in a way you have chosen and that the person or persons you have appointed to act as your ‘attorney/s’ follow the decisions you have made when you have become too ill to make these decisions for yourself.
